The word "amateur" comes to mind.

But then again ... "amateur" implies that you love what you do.

Maybe just downright "incompetent" would be a better word.

Hope you got your money eventually, drib. I'd be ropeable if they did that to me.

The correction was made first thing in the morning.

It's become hopeless. No LV last night for the 5th night running despite the fact their engineers have been working on it "urgently" since Thurs. Yet another race not suspended last night and the wrong winner apparently given in another ans quite a few of us unable to withdraw money from our accounts.
Tbf with a big and very active website you expect the odd blip but this place has become such a series of "accidents" you wonder if the captain is rowing ashore.

Last week first past post relegated to 4th ..I had lay on the second past post...never saw replay ..first past post by many lengths...couldn't believe balance ..waited for correction..anyone remember so I can relive and stab my hand again with a pen
