According to BF but the saddest part is nobody is bothered much anyway,they have gone elsewhere.

All I get is a grey screen with "video data loading" and nothing else.

and this has been for a week + on all browsers.
the cash that is not going through the system due to this must be pretty large

I wrote to Customer support and received a computer generated fob off reply.
makes me mad , even a reply with what was happening would have been nice.

BTw has anybody got any links to mountaineer park stream ( without having to register)

The impersonal response may impress BF executives but serves to annoy customers even more.How anyone can imagine this represents an acceptable level of customer service is beyond me.
