Not at all sure whats going on at Penn, but I have LAYED the 10 at silly prices as I have alot of faith in the Morning Line composer.
He makes it a 50/1 chance so I've gone in - possibly too heavy, but hopefully all will be ok

RM - as us say they don't leave their money behind too often at Penn. Form means very little at this track
Dont look at form, just follow the money.
