i backed it e/w on the tote elsewhere, when i saw the price discrepancy but i stuck with the lay on here, so i count that as a bad call as really i thought it was a lay and the benchmark of my success or failure over time tends to be my bf balance!

The bigger picture is the important one to each of us RB, I calculate a successful day as one I end up looking at a positive value for the hours I've put in, irrespective of what sport or markets, as long as it is either 0.00 or better I'm happy, there is always the next day...!

i agree, the long term picture is the one you need and that's why i said about the week rather than the day when you asked. racing wise it was a poor start for me tonight but i'm reasonably hopeful at this stage that it won't end on a negative. this is a bit of fun for me (and a challenge!) rather than anything else
