How come Hollywood Park is called 'Betfair Hollywood Park'??? but you can't bet on Hollywood Park cards with Betfair???

The vibe a while back was that California was going to open up to exchange betting.Betfair then bought into TVG Racing channel sponsored Hollywood Park to let punters get familiar with their product I suppose.Now it aint goin to happen and the track is closing down at the end of the year
