philadelphia race times

In the USA the time of races are only approx times.Generally at most tracks only the first race goes off at the time given.They then go thru the card as quick or as slow as they want.The races at Tampa Bay for example are always run 10 minutes later than on the racecard

hope it not that 19 quid bot or that 2 quid bot  jumping forever like there no tommmorrow

therefore  killing the market  some of us  like   to  bet in  1000s
