Well in all my years on here I should be use to it by now.
Apparently, they are having trouble settling Race9 from belmont from last night. Hahahaha They settled it last night THEN TOOK the bet BACK & now they are having techincal problems so they cannot settle the race.
Utter joke........largest betting exchange in the world. Ummmmmmmmmmmmm
To quote the man on the phone "how can I tell you when it will be settled, when it's a techincal problem" UNREAL

spiller - I was wondering what was going on as there is money missing from my account. They voided my bet and give me back my stake. Now they hav etaken back m y stake to look at this iisue again.

My bet was placed at 10.55.55 and there stating the race went Off at 10.55.53. I've raised the query about other bets I've had throughout my 9 1/2 yrs on here that were losing bets and I never got refunded and the race wasn't suspended until half ways through the race.

I am having the same problem.
1. Voided my bet and returned my stake,bet placed at 10.15,b4 the official off time of 10.16. 2. Rang up and complained that my bet was b4 the off and was told it was after the off,the girl on the helpdesk said the off time was 10.13,I told here that was not the actual off time. 3.Looked this morning betfair have taken my stake back,which was on the winner,then telephoned again,but couldnt get any sense so thought that I would be getting my stake and winningsonce they had sorted it out. 4 17.24 still awaiting my winnings. This is now becoming an absolute joke. |
