Is Mario G. Pino corrupt or useless? (New to US Racing)

richard hills was never corrupt, he was just useless and lacked strength in a finish, same thing with mario

Pino is 51. In my opinion is not often corrupt but does ‘take care’ of horses for trainers like Graham Motion and Jonathan Shepherd. Most of the time his bad rides are just incompetence or not being alive to the way a race will be set up.
