ive noticed that the form seems to hold up a lot better in the US racing than it does in our british racing. think its because our races are more tactical whereas in the US racing they just go for it and race (most of the time)

Cheers EZ, thats fair comment, personally made the switch from UK/Irish a few years back as couldn't make it pay, now concentrate on US and UK greyhounds, which in a lot of ways are very similar

EZ and in us racing this site is irrelevant so there is no incentive to pull one up.... they need prizemoney to survive and they cant get a decent bet on the tote in the US s punting is not that big due to takeout

win some lose some EZ, Penn has been very good to most of us on here we have a fairly good record there, if you check the thread each day you'll soon get a feel for whats what.
Biggest bonus is we don't get any messers on here, all people are interested in is making money and helping others to do the same once they themselves are on.
Dogs are hardwork, but if you persist and stick with them are very profitable, like everything though being selective and disciplined are the vital components for success.

yeah thats true about the dogs, i just hate that first bend when anything can happen!

ive been checking out these threads the last week or so since ive started backing US horses and you all seem to be doing well! im not really knowledgable enough at the minute on the US racing to give you winners myself, ive just been following the markets really and comparing them to the tote prices, i just find that if the betfair price is lower than the tote price the horse usually runs ok, its by no means a profitable system though
