all my tote bets from thursday have been settled as "bets not placed" and the stake returned.

2 trifectas and an exacta won but only my stake returned !
I fully expected the winnings to appear in my account this morning as the stake had been taken at the time of placing the bet.
No explanations/apologies/compensation - poor show

We are currently experiencing disruption to our USA TOTE product.
Please be assured that our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Lucky the engineers were on hand(six hours after the racing had finished).
We’d like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
