all my tote bets from thursday have been settled as "bets not placed" and the stake returned.

2 trifectas and an exacta won but only my stake returned !
I fully expected the winnings to appear in my account this morning as the stake had been taken at the time of placing the bet. No explanations/apologies/compensation - poor show |

Typical it happnes on a winning night on the tote as well . I can't think of a company that treats it's customers with such disregard as Betfair
