Penn R1 Promised myself not to back 4 again after its last race, 1A & 3 with a lay of 4 for me

First bet Cork, tonights card looks rock hard. Have one v gd bet I think one reasonable bet and a heap of maybe small bets could be a bit bigger if I get silly odds

2nd fave No 2 is a reasonable bet at 4's - small for me, as I favour longer odds.....
No 7 at 9.2 is a fab price in my view
No 4 also needs a tickle at 17's - again, too big in my view.
The fave or No 2 might hack up.....but for me, the above are all value.....

wd AJ, you just have to keep doing what you always do and make sure you don't get distracted into making stupid bets that at any other time you know you wouldn't consider, it always works, patience and discipline.
None of us can get the winners of every race, its something you have to accept if you are going to make it pay, the losses will always be there, minimising them to the best of your ability is the answer.

That was poo though the 4 jockey was pretty cr3p with his efforts at Penn there just let horses go past him and made no real concerted effort to ever try and win or attempt to win that race

Penn R4 was hoping for more of a price but its not to be, the 9 is my idea of the winner in this, last race was a nice pipe opener against decent animals at a trip short of its best and yet it wasn't beaten far, saver on the 1
6 third and my 11 at 40's comes 4th - just about sums up the night
was the winner disgracie and the tote price came smashing in from 11 to 2/1 was hoping for some mug money

Weight of money for the 9 has forced the abandonment of tonights card because the stewards weren't on....!

Only had one more bet lined up in the next, but was licking my lips over that 9 earlier as its form was given a further boost by a winner at Parx, all the study wasted again, not been a good week for Penn this week, do I really fancy working on the Chas cards?

Chas R2 OK here goes prefer the 3 to the 1 of the favs but my play is a w & p on the 8 which seems well overpriced and could have race run to suit it

Chas R3 only 9 runners to pick from, however three are front runners and the other six like to track the pace, something tells me this is going to be fast and furious with a number of hard luck stories.

Chas R4 this looks a much more appealing race with over half the field better at less than tonights 7f trip, take out the fav as its no value and this leaves me with three plays, they are the 3/6/7, hopefully the pace will be quick, it usually is here and one of the 7f specialists will swoop to collect

Chas R5 taking on this fav no 3, a 9yo has only had five runs at 5f or less and has no victories, surely it can't be getting faster as it gets older, short enough to see.

Chas R6 No more investments, keeping what I've got for the night, race looks impossible to solve, Erik the Great is on the fav no 7, if I were going to do anything would be to lay the 2nd fav no 3, due a big priced winner at the meeting, haven't a clue which of this lot it could be though.
