Penn R4 looks a straightforward 3 horse race to me between 4/6/7, the 4 should be close enough to the front to take advantage as both 6 & 7 like to run through beaten horses, but at prices no bet race for me unless I can lay the 11 at 4 or less.

next at penn is it to be the grade dropping 7? Carmouche originally booked but now changed to Whitney or the #4 for the hot Servis barn with that easy winner in race 2?

Horts - I think the No 4 at Penn is the likely candidate too - might have a dabble if it reaches 4's (which I doubt).....

Penn R5 Thought this looked one of the more interesting races of the night, mainly because I couldn't see any pace to it at all, so looks like someone will have to be brave and change tactics, no prizes for narrowing it down to 4 & 7, but which one is best and will either be suited by what could turn into a messy race?

Amazing how many times a lack of pace throws up a freak result, had the 1 down as sixth at best, oh to have been brave and laid both market leaders....!

Hindsight cork when looking after the race seeing the 1 running an okay race not beaten far over 1m 1/2f and noticing 6f winning form

Penn R6 struggled badly to get a handle on this, way track has been running tonight wouldn't be looking for anything coming from to far off the pace, token suggestions for an interest small w & p on 2 & 12

No its not Horts, Since the turn of the year it looks like Ness is leaving his Penn stock sleeping and his runners here look half of what they do at tampa atm. another worry is the lack of a pace scenario here making this messy and it seems like a bit of a rogue as an 11 race maiden. Although its the correct favorite in this donkey field, not for me. a clever ride from the front could win this here, just cant see what!
4 is ridiculous at Penn I almost had this as fav tonight stepping up in trip by woodman ran two really decent races over 6f far faster than most of these are capable of

Penn R7 Main question is do you trust an 11 race maiden with your money at 4/5, although its finished 2nd on its last two starts it has been beaten a fair distance each time, could just be one of those horses destined to never break the maiden.
The 8 should receive an uncontested lead and if Rispoli can get the fractions right could take some catching, coming out of the same race but finishing in front of it is the 4 who must have good claims of its own of at least placing, so for me a lay of the 5 and backs of 8 & 4.

we go from no pace at penn to too much pace in this next race and i cant find a closer! any ideas?

Re watched the replay and considering 5 was almost battered to get up rispoli hardly touched the 8 granted he was probably trying to nurse it home.
Just poor and when you see 23.7 flash up your almost always sunk over a mile plus

yep im also a 7 backer but place only, should have loads of pace to go at here. GL
could be argued that last race was on slop and front running 4 had the edge because of it but expected their prices to be a lot closer, didn't have ness runner as evs or even 6/4 as it is on here so have been drawn into laying it, sure there is something to beat it and hoping its the 7...!

Good call flight less is more Penn being on 3/7 nights means I can only lose 3/7 nights instead of the 6 before xmas.

agreed gov, however, placing less bets gives you a better chance as your brain is fresh for punting! as you have proved at penn hence the script is read thoroughly. too many bets = too many errors
