Sorry if I should know this, but I am a newbie to the site.
I was trying to put bets on the Turfway (US) 4th Feb - 18:39 R2 1m Allw race, but one minute before the race started I got blocked by the SUSPENDED sign - the race hadn't even started! (Yes, including the video delay).
Is there a reason for this or have I been screwed? Yes, I lost money on this!!

Not much as I didn't get chance to finish betting, but every loss is a loss. Very annoying!

Might be worth phoning the customer services line to get clarification about what actually happened.

US races are normally suspended when the horses get to the gate...
