Only 34k traded in race 8 at Hawthorne.  Race 7 at Hawthorne stunk to the core.  Who ever was laying the fav KNEW it was winning.

agree kriskin there was 50k extra on the fav that normally isn't around.... giving how poorly the fav ran with the run it had you may be onto something

Arghh poor bet by me having only watched 3 races at Hawthorne its pace dominant again i bet a closer again doesnt really get sighted

Am happy to go max place med win the 7 horse at Penn who I believe will thrive off the pace in this race

8 looks likely pac but had a hard race at delaware last time could leave its mark today and on speed isnt far superior to the 7 horse

Am hoping 1,2 and maybe even the 4 might try and go early with the 8 to exert some pace pressure to aid the 7'2 cause

If 8 gets sole lead and sets 23 sec fractions for opening quarter could spell trouble for the 7 in the hope he gets taken on the 7 looks rock solid place material, with a good chance of pulling off the win
