Where is everybody these days, have they done their cods, gone to teh dark side, meet somewhere else, you used to get some good banter and tips on here, now nothing, and on top of that liquidity is poor.
Lotone I think you are right, last one out put out the lights.

Jas alone made up a good number of the posts. He's gone to the purple side now, as has (I presume) Bluenose. The action picks up a little when Spiller's in town, but otherwise a decent number of the former posters don't seem to have any reason to drop by now.
Oh, and if anyone does try posting their analysis, Pip's always on hand to make them regret it whenever their horse loses!!

Your right ,this forum went from OTT back slapping to OTT abuse. Big shame, used to be worth whiling away an hour or so with the banter and the nags before turning in.

Irish, because Betfair's introduced version 2.0 of the dreaded Premium Charges. They decided that many of the players who had made £250K or more over their time with Betfair should have to hand between 40 and 60% of their lifetime earnings to BF. Unsurprisingly, people like Jas have decided to go elsewhere rather than pay up.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was a percentage of the profits over the last year, but to make people pay up on money they had made years ago is ridiculous.

Actually Pip, I'm personally very grateful to you. Your castigation of my betting a few weeks ago made me go back and rethink my whole strategy.
The truth was I had got a little lazy and was betting on plenty of races that I shouldn't be. I've now tightened up significantly and generally only play a couple of races a night (if that), but with bigger stakes. I've actually had an excellent two weeks, mostly as a result of that.
So, I still think you're a cretin. But (to me at least) a useful cretin nonetheless.

Ouch SA. And the big money doesn't usually come on at BF until the last minute or two. In contrast, very little big money ever goes on at Purplesville.

SA - no one is punting on the Purple site. A lot of them have lost their dough. U can't keep betting on every race as some of them did and expectt o win.

might not end up being the tastiest of prices but cant get away from the #8 here. Had a decent debut in a much tougher race over at parx, should be better for that run, looking at the breeding alone this horse should be a few notches above this lot. GL
