Penn r2 takes my interest Lake entry #2 looked a different animal when breaking madien on its debut here at Penn a few weeks ago, should be a strong pace on here and i can see the extra 1/2f being a positive. around 100/30 looks a very fair price. GL |

evening,dutching 10 & 7 at fe,10 is massive value at over 20-1 on here,4-1 m/l price.

He certainly seemed to take well to the Penn track. Tougher race today, but your instincts are generally fairly strong, and you're quite right about the extra half a furlong (12.6 seconds a furlong for the 1.5f is very good in this company). I may chance a few quid on the place. Good luck.

By:
clutching at straws but the 3 came across on the straight near the wire, doubt it will merit a reversal
By:
I was hoping for the reversal as well Dhoni - tbh I think the race was one by then...
By:
the more i look the more i see, 3 defo bumped the 2 before the wire

Otero has now launched a complaint against the 3
fingers crossed. . . |

By:
he raised his hand to gesture an obstruction as soon as he got over the line, throw 3 out!
By:
Well it's close enough for there to be some doubt, certainly..
By:
no doubt it affected the 2's rhythm over the last few yards.

It's always sweet when you think you've lost and it gets overturned. Annoying when it goes the other way, obviously.
Mind you, the most annoying was when I placed a bet that I was sure was going to win. All of my video was down, but somebody here posted up the result and I found out my horse was unplaced. So I immediately went out on the chase and put twice as much again on the next race, and I lost that too. And then I found out that the poster had got 6 mixed up with 8, and my original horse had won after all. Now being significantly down when I should have been considerably up, the poster's 'Sorry Lord Bobbin. Lol' didn't appease me too much... Serves me right for chasing, but nonetheless... |

You find people winning money amusing, Pip? Personally I'd rather laugh at you instead.

been there myself LB... was heavy red on both teams in a wc cricket match so chased on some two bit horse race. ended up winning the race, only to find out that the cricket was a tie so got out of jail. nice result in the end but seriously not worth the heart palpitations.

An absolute disgrace of a decision at Penn. How the fook did the 2 horse get awarded race when the so called bump took place right on the line when the 3 horse was getting the upper hand.

Mmm. Nice when those come together Gold. I was betting on the Montreal GP a couple of months ago, and when they had that really big delay for weather, I thought I'd lay Vettel to win, thinking the short price was there only because most people assumed the race wouldn't get restarted. Then it did restart, but despite there being several more restarts behind pace cars, Vettel was never under any real pressure. With just a few laps to go it looked like he was going to win comfortably. But Button was in fourth and putting on a a late charge, and so I thought I'd make back the losses (along with a little extra profit) by backing him to get a podium. Which he did. And then, on the last lap, he put some pressure on Vettel, Vettel spun and so I won on the Vettel Lay as well. That was lovely. Often, of course, those situations can end rather badly instead, but that it's nice when it goes for you...
