When Woodbine started there was no interest, many thought it was a waste of time on Betfair's behalf. I seeded every race with reasonable amounts for every horse to be wagered upon. I got slaughtered alot in the early days as wiseguys just sat back and waited for a mistake. Woodbine grew in popularity to the point that I made some $ paying for my early sacrifices.
What happens now? How many big layers(i'm not huge) on here have been hit. Who moves into the void?????? These are not markets that Betfair can seed themselves. They differ from others and for the greater good of all should be exempt from this EXPECTED???????????? surcharge.

Furthermore, Betfair should showcase U.S. horse racing exchange betting to their PROSPECTIVE??????????(down the road) American TVG audience.

450 jobs in usa   and that now  means seeding

not sure   if that 50million   is a good buy   due to the news in uk and the london stockmarket

@Jas1968- you the very best promoter and tipster of Betfair's U.S. horseracing product over the years I've been here. There are others as well but you soldiered on through thick and thin. I'm just wondering how much less these markets would have been W/O you?  Thank you.

We are not only being punished for being too successful we are being punished for being here too long. Looking at my premium charges I win on average £11.89 per market. This is obviously a killer amount.

the only thing rink rat has ever "seeded" is his garden

are you guys for real???

you keep going on and on and on and on about this although the "solutions" are staring you in the face

here's a crashing truth:

there are those one here who are smart enough to trade and win without being (sur)taxed.......and liars

make up your mind what group you wanna be in

Big score walter mitty type punters need not not worry about these charges so whatever you've got to say keep it to yourself.

you know brownnose

you should stop the charade

all this BF announcement did what to give a chance to consistent losers like you to "sell" the "look how much money I'm making" bullsh1t

because if you REALLY had to pay these surcharges you would have figured the "solutions" all on your own, you wouldn't need my help

....but then again, may be not.

Liquidity I believe is measured different than here, 1 pound matched at 10 counts 2 here and 11 over there.

I am paying 2.5% there now - promo extended to Sep. 30. Have been steadily increasing my bets there after being docked pc charges here for the first time a few weeks ago. Liquidity is improving. Disappointed that some tracks are not covered some days. But I have a feeling that they are open for suggestions ....
