the rule states in this country thicko was their interference if yes was the result affected if yes then disq if no then places remain unaltered well as the interference didnt effect the result as the horse finished 5th the result would have stood so tc you havent a clue you plank

enlighten me

do english racing rules ALLOW a runner to cost another runner the chance of a higher placing

and if you think the answer is yes then you are more of a mug than I thought

they don't, not in the UK, not in the US, not anywhere....

Here are the facts:

UNITED KINGDOM

58.3 No Rider or any other Person may in any way prevent or try to prevent any horse from obtaining the best possible placing.

the rule is so simple an unborn fetus in it's mother's womb could understand it

but  a mug like you who gets fleeced on here every evening is still....CLUELESS

Far better asking this clown about his area of expertise . like how
many gherkins does he put in a big mac or how many smarties does he crush up in a Mc Flurry,.

I know of knowone more qualified than the comedian of answering such
high tech burger questions.

I think you should spend less time at the pub and more time understanding the laws of the game, michael. He posted "higher placing" and the rule language turns out to be "best possible placing". My guess is he didn't spend any time "researching", HE KNEW. Only a stubborn fool would feel "vindicated" from this exchange michael, and I've seen enough of your vile drivel posted on here over time for someone to make a good case for....BOTH.
