If scratches aren't taken out at least 2 minutes before post why bother. All bets on BACK side disappear and no point betting.  Just look at Reduction Factor and do the math ..... STOP COMPLAINING.....

in fact, I'll go a step further

put some money on the back side of the market and hope some sucker who doesn't do the math takes your trade

they usually do

Surely you want new punters to come back again and again happy, not back a winner get dry bummed and look at usa racing as a joke.

you are assuming they know, or can tell the difference

it's an addiction

it's the action that counts not whether they win (happy) or lose (sad/angry)

surely you know that, it's gambling psychology 101 stuff

I want more punters in the markets not less

makes no difference

losing doesn't make them go away

eventually not having more money to punt does

In 2001 to about late 2003 there was no reductions, it was like the wild west when an odds on shot was withdrawn late.
The seething after the 2nd fav won by half the track was legendary.

I wasn't around in those days but I believe you

I imagine those with full-time feed pictures who got wind of the late withdrawal first must have had field day
