I just had layed Chicalelee to win race 8 at Indiana Downs to see her recorded on 3 other websites (including William Hill) as a loser, returning second, so I should be paid! Only to see Betfair record as a loser!!!

Result 6-1-7.Chicalelee was no.1 thus 2nd as you said .Check your bet ie:the lay and if they are at fault--ring and ask them to sort (remember to take names of those you speak to).GL.
