results: equibase or betfair
race times: betfair give the scheduled off time. Races in the US don't often start as scheduled....20-30 meetings per day. Impossible to coordinate, so they race as they please, usually a bit late (other than the first race)
official ratings: they use a different system in the US. No official ratings.
if you aren't willing to pay for past performances, don't bother doing any research....just back or lay the fav.....the info available at drf.com (pay site) puts Racing Post to absolute shame.
