As a result of the site outages, Betfair are offering 0% commission on certain markets as an apology.  I am sure to some users, this may be a nice gesture.

Unfortunately the last time I looked, US racing does not appear on the list of selected markets. It wasn't that we on here weren't affected and many of us don't bet on the 0% markets offered.

If someone lets me down for a cup final ticket, I don't expect free entry to the ballet as compensation!!

It makes about as much sense as their premium charges for betters who profit. It seems like the top dogs at betfair do not understand or agree with the importance of keeping your current customers.

Their 0% commission will not make me leave, but it will be impossible for me to stay once they start taking an additional 15% premium charge from my profits once I reach that level.

Furthermore my Betfair points dropped a notch as I couldn't play most of Saturday. Was this my fault?????
