Is there a ''non-triers rule'' wee bit talking through my pocket,but had a bet on at PENN last night..horse walked out the stalls at back of field never put into race,last all the way round.

You can always contact the track via phone or email.

I know some jurisdictions take complaints from the betting public very seriously. I had a reply once from the senior steward and Bay Meadows who was at pains to point out that his panel had disciplined a jockey who wasn’t fit to ride due to an injury. A friend of mine got a phone call back from a steward at Hawthorne.
