Night after night your market mangers miss scratched runners. I must have sent you at least 30 emails in the last month alone advising you of these scratches, not only do you ignore them you don't have the courtesy to reply. You own TVG, yet still your market management is very poor at best. Please don't do what you done last Q & A session and tell me a problem doesn't exist because it does. Regarding US racing, our response has still not changed since the last live chat: US racing has 15-20 sites, such as DRF, Equibase, NTRA, E-Horse, ESPN, Brisnet, among others. Through our years of offering US racing we have found only two sites with an acceptable accuracy in these situations - and even then they make mistakes. For this reason we always wait until both of those sites detail the NRs before we remove any non runners. We could act more quickly, but this would lead certainly to more mistakes and runners being scratched in error – and that is a far worse customer experience. We are still looking into other information feeds, though, and hope to constantly make improvements .Although we may not reply in a timely manner your emails are always looked at and sent to the relevant teams and we will continue to do that going forward should you find the need to email in |
