any know what happens to these bets placed before workforce was withdrawn?

in rules & regs (v) Should a betting interest in any of the Pick (n) contests be scratched, the actual favourite, as evidenced by total amounts bet in the Win pool shall be substituted for the scratched runner. In the event that the Win pool total for two or more favourites is identical, the substitute selection shall be the betting interest with the lowest program number. |
