Fairplex was going 2 but horse looks sweaty and very jumpy, surprised its favourite on course, must be the Pedroza factor.
For interest had a small win and place on 6

Hmmm... Pulgitaworld sounds very nice and fluffy. Don't bother with that silly reality thing.
Report thecanadian September 28, 2010 2:33 AM BST
LordBobbbin, pulgita's reality is what she "thinks" reality is, defined by her own illusions and imagination, in a lot of ways no different than the lead character in Brian O'Nolans great short story "John Duffy's Brother". Remember, "he took leave of his senses".......

So in that sense we need to exercise a lot of indulgence in accepting her make believe world, the allegorical illusion that shapes her experiences as she goes further and further down the rabbit hole.

As for her horrid tips, that's another story......
Report LordBobbbin September 28, 2010 2:40 AM BST
Well I've only read At Swim Two Birds, so I can't comment on that particular story. Nice to hear they're literate in at least one of our former colonies though!
