Speed Bias at Saratoga

Watching ATR all night and have seen the last 5 races at Saratoga all won trap to line. Not one mention of the speed bias (no matter how fast the fractions) from the chubby duo and as this is the last race covered by the studio it looks unlikely to get a mention now.
