Info on Ibetx please

Any idea what this firm are about ? No liquidity on some markets like Golf then say you look at the Superbowl outright market and fortunes up there both sides back and lay ! Plenty of arbs between Betfair and there too on Superbowl market ! Whats it all about ? They are obviously seeding their markets, not real money obviously, some markets like the US horse racing appear linked to Betfair, whats going on there ? Any information would be appreciated guys.
