Yes Johnny, a shame. This used to be a great forum on a nightly basis regardless of other events. Looking through the amounts of posts this week is sad.
I can't really tell the difference in terms of comms but there were a lot of old folk knocking about who may have been put off I suppose!  [:p] |

totally shocking customer care in my opinion. It's not difficult to replicate the old forum, understand they had to change service provider, but appaling replacement product.

Last time I was lurking/posting, the canadian had made amends with a few detractors.
He did seem to unsettle a few on here though. |

they should have just. kept the old forum and ensured they had the skills in house to support it as necessary. can't have been that complicated.

I guess the web 2.0 upgrades doing the rounds across the web the last few years have annoyed a lot of people. The Betfair forum wasn't broke so do't fix it I suppose.

The jockey on the fav tootallnocall at stockton did everything he could to make sure the horse was kept at the back from the start.Unpl;aced at 2/5.They gotta eat.I think they're at it in 25% of races now.

Only just noticed the "Proud to back Man Utd & Barcelona" quote at the bottom. Why do that, sure they are match sponsors but why advertise that on here, that must alienate a fair few punters, ridiculous.

off the top of my head some of the problems with forum
- slow - refresh topic and it refreshes page - slow - the winking smiley is like someone with bels palsy - slow - refresh button doesn't always work - slow - posts often freeze and dont post - slow - the screen colours make your eyes bleed after a while - slow - no search option - oh and its so slow |
