if i owned tvg and was getting 4k+ per night in commissions, i would ensure ALL of the non runners were taken out of the market asap so as to generate even more commission.

rather interesting looking at other threads that the scratching of non-runners is an imponderance to those presumably laying the real runners at the "right" price and then benefiting from the deduction when the horse(s) are eventually removed from the list.
Those laying under those terms should be told off.
