By:

I did tell you all at the beginning of the week |
By:
Very good tip.
I won't buy into aim listed companies as the lower regulation has cost me in the past. Good luck with this. Have you got a sell out price? |
By:
Yes I've lost in the past too ...especially with the banking shares, whiich I've had for years.
But with UKOG I've nearly trebled my investment in a few weeks.....no don't have a get out price, just gonna sit back and watch Up nearly 10% today |
By:
Best of luck with the continued rise.
I've not been investing for long but my losses and stresses were all aim listed. |
By:

|
By:
k
|
By:
Please do your own research before investing, but my next tip is
PRIM |
By:
PRIM now a spread betting company has taken a large stake ....how funny is that
I'm convinced I'm in the right share now ! |
By:
I hope you sold UKOG at an appropriate time MR B, just over a penny now.
|
By:
Always good to have a get out price in mind, either loss or profit.
|
By:
PRIM have halved also, penny shares a huge risk given the massive spread. It's a quiet forum MT, thought there'd be a few share dabblers on here.
|
By:
no almost extinct on here.
I will never bother with penny shares now all my big losses on them. have a few ftse now and they are mostly down on share price but when you factor in the dividends ive collected then they are in profit. do you dabble saddo? |
By:
I began dipping my toe in earlier this year mt, after a very long absence. It's very different to the hosses, I find my own targets on the turf but I'm having to follow the lead of others who have done the spadework with the shares. I do read up a lot once I have a list of potentials.
|
By:
Yes saddo this is a far bigger mine field than the horses.
Both are a learning process on actual investments I am a bit down. I have had some disasters but also some luck. My biggest winner was from someone else. I have leaned towards companies with strong dividends rather than aim for huge price rises. |

reach for yield is the single biggest investing mistake one can make. be very careful out there. |
By:
why is that?
