The great British public know that the greedy prices sellers are asking are insane and unsustainable.
The great British public know that the greedy prices buyers are paying are insane and unsustainable.
They are like addicts; who swear they are never going to have a fix again; boom!!! And they are all at it. “How much is your house worth”.
Its not big its not clever and its not funny. Not all economies do it. They say us and the Chinese are the worst.
What stops the house price madness. Not tut tutting by the Bank of England , not telling offs by the government. Not threats.
Something very nasty happening; that forces us to change our behaviour. That’s what stops us. Till the next time.
