Neither, it is simply an open admission that real organic economic growth is DEAD.

But, as usual, Tucker is lying anyways, they have no intention of trying negative interest rates on "excess reserves". They know better than anyone what the consequences of that action would be. But I'm sure that nominal GDP targeting is on the agenda, they are just waiting for the FED to give them their cue to go "all in" in this global monetary madness experiment the money cartel has been conducting.

BTW, how Orwellian is handing the banks freshly "printed" money in exchange for worthless paper representing bets they made that have gone totally sour and calling it "excess reserves".........and paying them interest on it to boot?

Everyone is looking for a solution to this "problem". There isn't one. Because this isn't a "problem", it's a predicament without a solution.
