It's going to appeal, where the matter can be heard by specialist judges, not by a judge who had already ruled against Samsung in previous cases and should have been disqualified to preside over this case, nor by nine apple fanboy jurors who don't know how to operate a cell phone or a tablet, let alone understand technical issues about them. This case would have been thrown out as a mistrial in any other jurisdiction other than California.

Apple has now figured out that since they can no longer stay ahead with product innovation, they can maintain their lead by owning the US Patent office and the California courts.

And the only ones celebrating this appalling approach that tries to stifle competition and continue to ram high prices down consumers throat are.......CLUELESS FANBOYS.

Only in a the kangaroo court, a five minute drive from Apple's headquarters, with a judge that should have disqualified herself from the case in the first place, a jury foreman with a vested interest in an infringement verdict and a jury who disregarded the written court's instructions Apple wins this case.
