Leaving the egos at the door

Do we think the Eur will still be in place this time next year?

I personally do but not in it's current format.  I think Germany will leave.

The euro is in trouble??? You mean the "relentless drive to 1.40" has stopped??? Oh, the humanity.....

LaughLaughLaugh

I thought I answered this question long ago....or was the "tick..tick...tick" too subtle a hint?

............

Since you make us laugh so hard every day on here, I'll let you in on a secret my little empty cranium friend, the AUD is the short of the year. As for the euro, tick......tick.......tick.......

d13phe, nothing personal, I do like your opening line about leaving egos at the door and all that, and I would have loved to take a crack at your question with a lot more detail and analysis (there's so much more to say) but........unfortunately the forum has been infested by inbreds from down under....and their b1tch. They'll have to figure out this sh1t on their own. Sad

The euro will die IMO over the next few years. Greece have no choice but to leave eventually. When that domino falls, the Spanish and Portuguese will eventually leave. Germany surely has to realise the game is up soon.

interesting points of view from George Soros recently.

It is a really good read if anyone has a spare 30 mins.

seems to be a lot of logic and relevance in what he is saying

Roger Bootle is suggesting that the Northern European countries (Germany/Denmark/Austria/Finland) should breakaway.

don't agree with Bootle on a lot of issues but this option is surely better than most?
