I know it might not exactly be in the right forum but any idea what a phone business with a turnover of 1.5 million, net profit of 85,000 would be worth??

£850,000 is a starting point. 10% return. Then work back from there. freehold property and other assets etc. cars, vans, stock ,and most of all DEBT.

get a good accountant to look over book value etc and a good lawyer to look over any contracts, money well spent when you're talking about hundreds of thousands.
