Can't access financials on website, only on phone?!?1

Hi I can't access any basic financial bets on the website, I keep having to use the app on my phone to make bets for example the ftse going up or down in the 20min markets. I don't want to use the spread betting but just normal backing and laying on the financial bets. Sometimes I get an error 500 and when i click on make a bet nothing happens, tried it on different computers and everything and nothings changed. can anyone help?
