I notice only civil charges laid by the SEC ?
Hence no jail time, only fines if found guilty.
Only the Justice Dept can lay criminal ones .
How can it NOT be criminal to play a large role in trashing a whole global economy, purely for personal gain ?

how can it be criminal when the same folks deciding our laws (nationally and supranationally) also trash our economy (nationally and supranationally) for personal gain?
