If it can get rid of these "buy to let" residential property parasites, then i may welcome it.
The residential property market is an absolute obscenity on this planet.
If all you "buy to let" parasites and the Estate Agent's that feed you, want to exploit property values, then buy commercial properties and rent them out to legitimate businesses.
The financial exploitation of a human being's need for basic shelter, is an absolute abomination.

Some may say, that Supermarket's exploit people's need for food and fluid's.
True, they do.. But , that competition has brought value to the customer. The residential property market has brought about the opposite of value to the end consumer. It is an obscenity. |

Can you explain why buying properties and letting them out is an obscenity ?
I'm a bit confused here ? Does everybody in society want to be an owner always ? Does it suit nobody ever to rent ? |

I've saved & struggld to buy my own place ..
but now i have cash in the bank i can't see the point in blowing it all on my 'dream place' I may as well buy 2 for the price of 1 .. and rent one out for a modest income for the future .. I just wonder how difficult it is to actually rent a place out nowadays though ? They all seem to rent within 2 weeks on homes under th hammer  |
