Does anyone know how the Wall St 20 minute market works? Is the opening price set at last night's closing price?

You can find out this information from the rules section of the contract.

"Will WallSt30 be Up or same or Down for this period? The market will be settled based on the price change of WallSt30. The price change will be measured using the first price stamp of the period, and then the first price stamp of the close time of the period, with all price stamps being taken from Bloomberg. For periods ending at the close of the days trading, the official closing price will be used and not the first price stamp of the period close time."

Thanks Ztown. I read that but I wasn't sure if the index was allowed to move when it was shut.
In the event, it opened 300-odd points lower than its Wednesday close... so that answered my
question.
