Dollar pound advice needed

It seems likely that at least one other ratings agency will downgrade the US credit rating, so I'd wait. I wouldn't think that they are going to move that much in such a short space of time. I think either the west end or Victoria do the best currency deals. I have not been to either myself, a few friends have got the currency for me in the past. Perhaps someone will post the names of the places to go. My mate's dad went to Victoria and got us a 1% better rate than was available on-line for the Euro last week, so you need to be getting a fair few quids worth for it to have much of an impact.
