debit card fraud will we get it back

seems that 3x 42.50 and 2x 8.50 have been taken out of my partners acct over weekend, its something to do with my lads x box live, and luckily enough there wasnt too much in the acct at the time.will she get this 176.50 back from the bank etc .    it does seem that my son was with another unknown lad on line and for some reason he gave him his email and this lad asked for the password , my son says he didnt give it , but who knows  he might have, so it could well be our fault.
