Because they make silly bets like gold going to below $1000 after earlier claiming they don't trade based on predicions. Bets like that prove they don't trade based on evidence or facts either.

First of all I must admit I didn't read the long post on the other thread. I brought it up but once I saw how long it was and considering the source, I moved on. I don't have the time nor the patience to read self exonerating rants.
I've been on this forum a few years now and I know who's worth reading and who's not. I only have this to say. Anyone who traded the 4th Qtr 2010 & so far 2011 on the belief that "USD UP" got slaughtered. Furthermore, predicting "USD UP" at a time when ALL indicators were pointing flashing red the other way demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of economic fundamentals and how the financial markets really work. But then again once it became evident that MrBean didn't even know how money gets created, I suppose I shouldn't have had an expectation that any predictions or trading ideas ever posted by him would be anything more than unadulterated drivel. Sorry, benny, that's just the way it is. |
