A friend of mine has a few old share certificates which he had forgotten about and was wondering if the shares are worth anything. I've tried searching but have had no success, whether the companies have gone bust or taken over i do not know.
The companies are
ASIA CAPITAL PLC
ADVFN.COM PLC
GAMING INSIGHT (GAMING INTERNET) there was a name change here but not sure which is the latest name.
Any info would be appreciated

GAMING INSIGHT - seem to have gone bust, now a shell company, did change their name to Gobarkingmad (something to do with dog racing as I recall).
ASIA CAPITAL PLC - shares were suspended in 2006 ADVFN - still going 'strong', ticker AFN |
