MBLX.US (8.75) a long term speculative, will continue to buy if it drops
NZX.NZ (1.74) decent dividend, also growth in any potential govt asset sales etc
NZO.NZ (.85) almost bought before Pike River disaster, lucky I didn't
looking for a reasonable platinum miner, also looking at Telstra (asx or nzx) mainly for dividend.

thoughts? ideas?

Putting company vs company in the same sector is a plan of mine, smaller cap vs larger cap in same sector this should pay off in long term no matter what the market does, hopefully....

LONG     SHORT

Gilead   Roche

TJX      TGT

MMI      Apple

Also big gains could be had in OCZ, Vivus, and there is a company called Karnalyte they have loads of land with zillions of tons of potash or whatever it is, early development stages ie they dug a few holes, but have yet to find a website where i can invest in this.

That company are quoted on the XETRA Dax. I had a search on my Halifax account and could not find it in the dealing section. Perhaps you can deal in them on the phone with your existing broker(s).

You can buy them through TD waterhouse. They have pretty much any share you can think of on there.

I've also got a couple of canadian junior miners myself. PKL and WDO.

Other long term shares - ILMN
