Someone recommended Thomas on the Strand. The rate is 1.18 today. I need to get £3k changed. Anybody know of anywhere with a better rate?

Go to the jubilee market in covent garden. Little bureau there beats everyone. I don't know how (well I think I can figure it out). They beat everyone by a lot.
