Dow 11000 by early September?

Nice double bottom (Jun 6 and Jul 6 ish). If we break the 10595 set on 21 Jun, looks like back to the highs? Anyone else that bullish short term?

Yeah, earnings looking good. Rates going nowhere and even lower confidence and GDP figures are being discounted.
