The rules say "This market is for the December
UK Base Rate decision, determined by the MPC, with
the scheduled meeting to take place at 12:00 on the
10th June 2010. "
I'm confused - I thought they made a monthly decision
for a rate that comes into immediate effect.
Anyone care to explain?
