Its tricky and you really should have a live feed. One quick idea for fun players is www.igindex.com but I stress this is a dangerous game and positions can change in an instant.

Yeah tell me about it.  The positions can swing in seconds!

I see trades the popping in prices for seconds and they jump around, why is that?

I've been trading today with profit, testing the waters :)  I'll be back tomorrow with bigger stakes.

I've been successfully trading FTSE and WallStreet 20 min and hourly markets for the last 3 months. Shame there isn't enough liquidity, yet, otherwise I would make VERY decent money every day. I don't know why more people don't use this service. If you stick to a system you make a very decent ROI. Plus it changes every second, so it gets the adrenaline going.

While there may be some lucky sods who do really well, it's best off leaving such derived products to the pros who already know how to trade... the problem, as luso has hinted, is that you need volatility, but market volatility can disappear overnight leaving you with a system that will empty your account. Best off learning to trade the underlying then you can make money whatever the market conditions.
